We will need you to send us the following information:
~What was the date of payment you want to be refunded.
~Your account’s name/email associated with your Mobalytics account.
~How did you make the payment? (via PayPal or bank card?).
~If you paid via PayPal, we will need the email address connected to PP account that you used.
Once we have this information, we will be able to process your request ASAP.
Keep in mind that after we refund your purchase, it might take up to a few days until your money is booked by PayPal/bank and visible on your account (this is due to the working hours and holidays and might vary depending on your country).
