This is an option that we are looking to simplify for users! I know it's a bit convoluted right now.
1. Select Deck Manager
2. Select the deck you want to make public.
3. Select Edit Deck on the right.
4. Select Save Deck.
5. On the top you can switch from Private to Public or Public to Private.
6. Select Save Deck.
