Why isn’t the Desktop App detecting my games?

If you are using our Overwolf application, please try the following:

  • Go to Overwolf's `Overlay & Hotkeys` settings
  • Enable Mobalytics for League of Legends
  • Restart Overwolf

If you are still experiencing issues you may try reinstalling Overwolf:

  1. Uninstall Overwolf via control panel and then hit ⊞ Win+R
  2. Type %appdata% and delete the overwolf folder. Please  note that this folder also stores highlights by default.
  3. Check that there are no Mobalytics processes still running. 
  4. Download the latest stable version from Overwolf: https://www.overwolf.com/app/Mobalytics

If none of these solutions work, please message us on Discord.
