First note that we only track: Normal Draft, Ranked Solo/Duo, Ranked Flex and ARAM.
Other game modes will not be tracked, but may still allow you to use overlay and other such features with the exception of Clash.
Step 1: Find your summoner ID 
Step 2: Enter summoner ID
Step 3: Remove the #
Your profile should now refresh and display your past games.
If you have done these steps and your profile still doesn't refresh, please submit a ticket on our website or on our Discord.
